July is the peak sun season! Use mineral-based sunscreen, reapply often, and wear UPF clothing or light long sleeves during long outings. Don’t forget sunglasses and wide-brimmed hats for little explorers!
\r\nMake water fun with fruit-infused bottles (try lemon + mint or strawberry + basil). Challenge your kids to finish their water before the next rest stop!
